※This tour will not be operated if the number of participants does not reach the minimum number by 10 days before. If the tour is cancelled, we will notify to the customers in advance.

 ■Child fare is from over 6 years old to under 12 years old.(under 6 years old is free of charge)

【BOOKING TO DEPARTURE】
1. BOOKING

Please send us an online booking form. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you the confirmation of reservation email including the online payment information.
2. PAYMENT
Please make a payment via the online payment information by the due date. After your payment is made, we will send you voucher via email. Please print it out the voucher and bring it with you.

Please come to the meeting point with the printed voucher.

【PAYMENT】

■Payment shall be paid before the 14th day prior to the departure day.

■Price is PER PERSON

■PAYMENT METHOD / CREDIT CARD (If you are living in Japan, we also accept bank transfer through Japanese bank and pay at convenience store)

■PAYMENT CURRENCY / JAPANESE YEN

【CANCELLATION】

■The customer may cancel the Tour Contract at any time by paying a cancellation fee as stipulated below.

※The "Tour Contract Cancellation Date" in the schedule below is based on the receipt and confirmation of a request to cancel on a working day during the Company's business hours.

●Cancellation on or after the 3rd day prior to the day preceding the date of the commencement of the tour : 20% of the Travel Fee
●On the date of commencement of the trave (with prior notice until departure time) : 50%

●On the date of commencement of the travel (without prior notice) : 100%
