【MINIMUM NUMBER OF TOUR OPERATION】

※This tour will not be operated if the number of participants does not reach the minimum number by 10 days before. If the tour is cancelled, we will notify to the customers in advance.

【CHILD FARE】

■Child fare is from over 6 years old to under 12 years old. (under 6 years old is free of charge)

【LIMITED EXPRESS ROMANCECAR】

■When applying more than 2 people, it will be same schedule for the group and cannot be changed.

■All seats are reserved seats in Romancecar. Romancecar reservation will start from 1 month before the boarding date and Odakyu Travel will book and issue the ticket.

■You cannot change the departure time after tickets are issued. Also, if you miss the reserved seats, the limited express ticket will be invalid.

■You cannot make a stopover. If you get off, it will be regarded as a waiver of right.

■When you proceed the booking from the Booking Calendar, you can select departure time of Romancecar. Please select your preferred departure time. If you would like to select the ones which are not listed, please select "Other" and tell us your departure time via email or write in the remarks of the booking form.

【BOOKING TO DEPARTURE】
1. BOOKING

Please send us an online booking form. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you the confirmation of reservation email including the online payment information.

2. PAYMENT
Please make a payment via the online payment information by the due date. After your payment is made, we will send you voucher via email. Please print it out the voucher and bring it with you.

3. DEPARTURE

Please come to Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center, Shinjuku West with the printed voucher. You can exchange with tour tickets. If you would like to collect tickets beforehand, please tell us by 4 days prior to departure.

【PAYMENT】

■Payment shall be paid before the 14th day prior to the departure day.

■Price is PER PERSON

■PAYMENT METHOD / CREDIT CARD (If you are living in Japan, we also accept bank transfer through Japanese bank and pay at convenience store)

■PAYMENT CURRENCY / JAPANESE YEN

【CANCELLATION】

■The customer may cancel the Tour Contract at any time by paying a cancellation fee as stipulated below.

※The "Tour Contract Cancellation Date" in the schedule below is based on the receipt and confirmation of a request to cancel on a working day during the Company's business hours.
●Cancellation on or after 10th day to the 8th day prior to the day preceding the date of  commencement of the travel : 20% of the Travel Fee
●Cancellation on or after 7th day to the 2nd day prior to the day preceding the date of  commencement of the travel : 30%
●Cancellation on the preceding the date of commencement of the travel : 40%
●On the date of commencement of the trave (with prior notice until departure time) : 50%

●On the date of commencement of the travel (without prior notice) : 100%
