■ACCESS / 10 min walk or 5 min by bus (100 yen/one-way, Hakone Freepass unvalid) from Hakone-Yumoto Station
■CHECK-IN / 15:00
■CHECK-OUT / 11:00
■ROOM TYPE / Special room (4 beds・57㎡・ 3～4 people in 1 room・Non-smoking) with open-air bath (with roof) and toilet
※Smoking room. Deodorize the room is possilbe, if needed please write in the remarks column.
※Special room's open-air bath is onsen water.
※SARA has no room clerk. Please make a bed by yourself.
■DINNER / Japanese Kaiseki-style meal + you can choose main dish from:
- "SUKIYAKI" (Japanese beef) OR "SHABU-SHABU" (Japanese beef) OR "SEAFOOD SHABU-SHABU" (served in restaurant, same menu per group, including all you can drink menu)
※If you don't select in advance, it will be "SHABU-SHABU" (Japanese beef).
※Choose dinner time and menu when you check-in (from 17:30 OR 20:00)
■BREAKFAST / Japanese-style meal (in restaurant)
※Choose breakfast time from 07:15, 08,15 or 09:15. Staff will ask you when you have a dinner.
※For more than 5 people, it will be more than 2 separate tables.
※Reservation for pre-school children are not accepted. (even infant sharing a bed)
※There is a limit of number of parking lot. Reservation must be made.

※If you apply 1 adult + 2 child, it will be 2 adults + 1 child fare.
※No reservation can be made if child only.（Please included adult）
■TO STAY MORE THAN 2 NIGHTS: Please write in the remarks column of booking form.
■Change of staying date, change of accommodation, change of transports is considered as re-booking and the service charge will be occurred from the specified date.

【PAYMENT】
■After confirming reservation, we will send you an email regarding payment.
■Accommodation Plan : by 10 days before the departure date. Transportation set Plan : by 20 days before the departure date.
■Price is PER PERSON. It differs depending on the number of people in 1 room.
■PAYMENT METHOD / CREDIT CARD (If you are living in Japan, we also accept bank transfer through Japanese bank and pay at convenience store)

【HOW TO RECEIVE TICKET & CHECK-IN】
■Accommodation Plan⇒After confirming payment, we will send you a hotel voucher by email. You can check in with the voucher so please print it out and bring it with you.
■Transportation set Plan⇒All tickets are prepared at Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center, Shinjuku West in Shinjuku Station. You can exchange all the tickets by voucher which we send via email after the payment. Please bring the voucher with you and collect the tickets.
