【BOOKING APPLICATION】
■MINIMUM REQUIRED NUMBER IN 1 ROOM / 2 Adults

※If you apply 1 adult + 1 child, it will be 2 adults fare.
※No reservation can be made if child only.（Please included adult）
■Child A or Child B are counted in the number of people in 1 room.
■TO STAY MORE THAN 2 NIGHTS: Please write in the remarks column of booking form.
■Change of staying date, change of accommodation, change of transports is considered as re-booking and the service charge will be occurred from the specified date.

【CHILD FARE】
★Child A = meals (few items dishes less from adult) and bedding provided
★Child B = child meals and bedding provided
※Depending on the facility, definition of child's age and contents are different. If different from the above, it's written on the hotel's column.

【INCLUDED IN THE TOUR FARE】
■Accommodation fee : (1 night stay with dinner and breakfast), taxes and service charge
+Discounted Odakyu Romancecar limited express ticket and normal train ticket (round-trip between Shinjuku Sta. - Hakone-Yumoto Sta.)

【TRANSPORTATION】
■When applying more than 2 people, it will be same schedule for the group and cannot be changed.
■All seats are reserved seats in Romancecar. Romancecar reservation will start from 1 month before the boarding date and Odakyu Travel will book and issue the ticket.
■You cannot change the departure time after tickets are issued. Also, if you miss the reserved seats, the limited express ticket will be invalid.
■You cannot make a stopover. If you get off, it will be regarded as a waiver of right.
■When you proceed the booking from the Booking Calendar, you can select departure time of Romancecar. Please select your preferred departure time.（　）is Sat, Sun and National Holidays departure time.

【PAYMENT】
■After confirming reservation, we will send you an email regarding payment.
■Accommodation Plan : by 10 days before the departure date. Transportation set Plan : by 20 days before the departure date.
■Price is PER PERSON. It differs depending on the number of people in 1 room.
■PAYMENT METHOD / CREDIT CARD (If you are living in Japan, we also accept bank transfer through Japanese bank and pay at convenience store)
■PAYMENT CURRENCY / JAPANESE YEN

【HOW TO RECEIVE TICKET & CHECK-IN】
■Accommodation Plan⇒After confirming payment, we will send you a hotel voucher by email. You can check in with the voucher so please print it out and bring it with you.
■Transportation set Plan⇒All tickets are prepared at Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center, Shinjuku West in Shinjuku Station. You can exchange all the tickets by voucher which we send via email after the payment. Please bring the voucher with you and collect the tickets.
